The Opportunity

The challenge was to modernize the meeting room using a bespoke Microsoft Teams Rooms integrated system. By deploying a configured set of meeting-room standards under one technology framework, the team aimed to provide employees with a familiar, reliable, and consistent meeting experience.
The Solution
The solution was designed and implemented within the committed timeline despite the challenges faced during the Covid-19 pandemic. Interactive displays were provisioned to help the team achieve complete intuitive experience both during local as well as video conference calls.
A highly effective & High Definition PTZ camera combined with groundbreaking BiAmp ceiling microphones were configured and tracked the active speaker on the display screen.
Both wired and wireless connectivity option were provisioned, making sharing content extremely easy. Polycom Trio 8800 was provisioned for SIP calls, making the room a complete audio & visual room in every aspect.
At the heart of the system is a Crestron Flex system, which is an integrated unit making everything work in the room work seamlessly. This includes the display, PTZ camera and everything is controlled and operated using a 10.1” touch screen which provides a provides superior conferencing control.

The new unified collaboration infrastructure designed & implemented by Presentation People has had a considerable impact on the staff capability to utilize technology to match and serve their needs for any collaboration, learning and meeting scenarios.
