Yes—brand-aligned themes, role-based menus, room-mode presets (Presentation/VC/Training), help overlays, and occupancy-aware behaviors. We also implement lockouts and admin pages for facilities/IT.

We build gain-structure baselines, AEC profiles, EQ/filters, auto-mixing logic, and noise gating. Beamforming mics get zone tuning and camera triggers where supported. Final presets are saved and versioned per room.

We set per-input EDID, HDCP policies, and test colorimetry/refresh. For AVoIP we verify IGMP, multicast, clocking, and end-to-end latency, then document known-good matrices and fallback paths.

We align with VLAN/QoS, certificates, and credential rotation, expose only required APIs (BACnet/REST/MQTT), and harden devices (ports/services). All endpoints and policies are captured in the asset/IP register.

Staging FAT → onsite SAT → punch-list closure. Tests cover control logic, failover, audio levels/AEC, camera presets, video paths/HDCP, network policies, and UX flows. We conclude with UAT and sign-off.

Git-based version control with tagged releases per site/room, encrypted backups, and change-control windows. We keep rollback bundles and maintain a release log with affected rooms and test notes.
